His seminar is entitled:

Protein trafficking in health and disease

The seminar will focus on the role of amphipathic helices in the intracellular part of transmembrane proteins, which drive constitutive endocytosis. Further the seminar will showcase preclinical development inhibitors for the scaffold-protein PICK1 for treatment of chronic pain and obesity, leading to the establishment of our spin-out company Zyneyro, which aims to develop such inhibitors towards the clinic.
