PhD Student Day UCLouvain - UNamur

The next PhD Student Day, jointly organized by UCLouvain and UNamur, will take place on Thursday September 11, 2025 in Namur.

This event provides an excellent opportunity for PhD students from LIBST and NARILIS to present their research, receive feedback and network with other researchers. Presentations will be delivered either as short oral communications or posters. Prizes will be awarded for the best presentations!

LIBST doctoral students :

• Second-year PhD students (or third-year assistants): mandatory poster presentation

• Third-year PhD students (or fourth-year assistants): mandatory oral presentation

NARILIS doctoral students :

• First- and second-year PhD students are invited to submit an abstract for a poster presentation.

• Third-year PhD students and above are invited to submit an abstract for an oral presentation. (Please note that the number of oral presentation slots is limited. These will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to third-year PhD students. Once all slots are filled, remaining applicants will be offered the opportunity to present a poster)

Deadline to register and submit an abstract: August 20, 2025

PhD students will receive certificates of attendance to validate doctoral training credits.
