Join us on the 15th of March 2023 to learn more about the unique and cutting-edge bioimaging tools available at UNamur!

The UNamur houses various state-of-the-art light microscopy equipments for cell biology research and more. These include classical confocal, super resolution Airyscan confocal, azimuthal TIRF, STED nanoscopy and lattice light-sheet microscopy. The instrument portfolio will soon be further expanded, in particular with high-throughput imaging and additional nanoscopy technologies.

These remarkable instruments are part of the Morph-Im platform (Morphology & Imaging).

An experienced team ensures the smooth operation of the Morph-Im bioimaging equipments and provides scientific and technical guidance to users for high-quality data acquisition and analysis: Prof. Henri-François Renard (academic manager), Prof. Alison Forrester (academic specialist), Dr. Benjamin Ledoux (research logistician) and Catherine Demazy (technical manager).
